Brandon's Online Sketchbook

I'm starting to feel a lot of joy and relaxation in painting this insomnia series of photo studies. My manual color matching is still slightly off...but it's fun to see how colors work without relying on formulaic color theories. I really should have taken traditional painting classes when I was still in school. Instead, I'm now learning things in reverse with the goal of eventually using real honest to goodness oil paints! Hah! Good night all! ZZZ...
